First steps
The first step in working with us is to schedule a complimentary 15-minute design consultation call where Amy will talk with you about your project, learn about your space, and assess your needs.
From there, Amy will schedule a visit to your home to see the space, take measurements, and discuss options with you in detail.
After this, Amy will get to work on your design(s) and put together a proposal that breaks down options and costs, created for your unique space. If necessary, you can schedule a follow-up with Amy to adjust or make changes.
Installation
Once you approve the plans, we’ll order all necessary materials, hardware, and accessories for your project. We will work with you regarding space preparation and any additional professionals you may need for your project like painters or an electrician. When everything is ready (usually around three-to-four weeks after ordering materials), it will be time for your installation! Our crew will install your new storage, taking care to leave your home in perfect condition.
After the installation, we will be on call to help with any issues or adjustments.
